Looking for an Office Admin Assistant
We are looking for an experienced, reliable and highly motivated individual to help with a range of administrative tasks in our office in South East London.
This role is suited to candidates who are confident communicators and enjoy building relationships with people.
You’ll be dealing with customers and cleaners on a daily basis, by phone and email. You’ll be managing schedules, maintaining databases; assisting with cleaner recruitment and general day-to-day running of the office.
Strong computer skills, excellent telephone manner, verbal and written communication skills are required. You have to be organized and a good problem solver. Looking for someone with a great hands-on attitude and previous experience in a similar role. Experience in the cleaning or service industry would be an advantage. Additional language is a plus.
This is a part-time position with the possibility of becoming full-time to the right candidate as the workload increases.
